How to tan quickly in the sun
There is a couple of product I use to tan quickly in the sun.
I’m spending quite a lot of time at the beach this time of the year because I’ve rented a house by the seaside.
I’m still working on my thesis and trying to keep up with everything while I’m here, but I sunbathe anyway every two days. The weather is just too gorgeous not to!
The importance of SPF
First of all, let me be the annoying mom who reminds you how important is SPF:
NOT only on your first day at the beach, NOT only once and NOT low protection.
The Sun Protection Factor is rated from 2 to 70, the higher this number is the more powerful is the sunscreen effect against UVB rays.
It prevents you from skin cancer (isn’t it scary enough?) and damaging effects of UV rays, such as premature ageing (we don’t like wrinkles, don’t we?).
Hawaiian Tropic Silk sun lotion
This year I’ve chosen the Hawaiian Tropic Silk sun lotion SPF30. I spotted in the new-in section on Sephora website. As soon as I read “smell of coconut” I put it in the basket!
Arval Solaire Face Screen
I would have used the same level of protection on my face but the only face cream available in the shop was this Arval Solaire Face Screen SPF15.
Arval Half Times Quick Tanner
This is my secret product to get a bronzy skin. I apply the Arval Half Times oil over my SPF every now and then and I always get so tanned so quickly! It costs 29,50€.
Overall, I’m really enjoying applying these products before heading to the beach. I never get sunburned and my skin is super soft, so I think they work well together.
