The NYX Worth The Hype Mascara lineup offers versatility with shades in black, brownish-black, blue, and purple. Whether you prefer a classic, natural look or desire a more dramatic effect, there’s an option for everyone!
Texture
I own the brown and the black NYX Worth The Hype Mascara. They both have quite a thick texture and tend to make the “spider lash” effect if you apply 2 heavy coats.
Personally, I don’t like this effect because it gives the impression that you’ve got fewer eyelashes (see the pictures above).
Duration
On the other side, if you do only one coat this mascara performs great. Not only it’s long-lasting but it passed my cry test (This is Us, this is your fault!).
The brown version, particularly, is a fantastic addition to my daily makeup routine as it offers a subtler, more natural appearance. Very nice.
Price
It costs around 9€.
NYX Epic Ink eyeliner
Brush tip
I already had the NYX Epic Liner in black and one of its positive aspects was its brush tip, so flexible it gives you complete control over the thickness of your lines.
Longevity
It’s one of the easiest liquid liners I’ve ever tried, however, it’s not actually waterproof or super resistant at water and rubbing.
This experience remains consistent for the Epic Liner in Brown, maintaining the same qualities observed in the black variant.
