In May 2019 I had my first non-surgical nose job, a painless procedure used to correct small nose imperfections.
In my case, I had a little hump on the bridge of my nose that had been making me insecure since 8th grade. With the help of two injections of hyaluronic acid, I fixed this issue two years ago but good things don’t last forever, and neither does the hyaluronic acid!
The result of a non-surgical nose job usually lasts up to one year, however, once you get fillers it never really gets back to the way it was.
How long has it lasted?
More than I could ever imagine! After two years my nose had not yet returned to its original shape. Of course, being obsessed with it, I immediately started noticing a slight reappearance of the hump from pictures (when there’s a hump, there’s a shadow).
It was about time for an exciting second round, which has given me a cuter nose than the first time because the “starting point” was better compared to 2019.
First time filler vs second time
Also this time the treatment has been quick and painless. The only difference has been the use of botox, which we haven’t done the first time.
A small injection of botox has been done at the very bottom of the nose in order to hold its shape (especially the tip) and make me have a “French nose” for longer.
Where have you done it?
My nose has been done by the talented Dalila Vergani in Bologna. Discover more about her experience and cosmetic procedures here.
