When summer was saying goodbye, I decided to do something fun: get eyelash extensions! I found a nice girl in Bologna who does this, and I made an appointment to see her.
Which volume did I choose?
When I got to the place, there were different kinds of eyelashes to choose from. She had 1D, 2D, 3D, and 4D lashes. I chose the 2D ones.
If you look at the first picture, you’ll see they look really full but still natural.
What do you have to do after getting eyelash extensions?
The lady who did my lashes gave me some rules to follow so they would stay nice:
- For the first few days, I couldn’t get them wet, so I had to be careful when washing my face and hair.
- Every morning, I had to gently brush them to keep them neat.
How many weeks do they last?
Normally, these extra lashes stay good for around 3 to 4 weeks. But because I was really careful, mine actually stayed looking good for 5 whole weeks. Toward the end, some of them fell out, but still looked okay.
Do natural lashes get damaged?
I was worried that my own lashes would get messed up, but luckily that didn’t happen too much. I started using a special serum called Regital Lash Serum afterward to make them stronger. The treatment has lasted 60 days. My lashes are now fuller but I haven’t seen the incredible growth promised!
