In my makeup bag, there are two products that I’ve repurchased multiple times during the years: the Becca’s Shimmering Skin Perfector and the Nars Soft Matte Concealer. I cannot picture my makeup routine without them and I haven’t felt the need to try out new concealers until I started reading a lot of positive reviews about the ABC concealer by Espressoh.
Espressoh is an Italian brand born in 2018 that raves about natural beauty à la Glossier manière. I like but don’t love this brand because it gives me the idea of them wanting to be an Italian version of Glossier, taking advantage of the fact that Glossier still doesn’t ship to Italy.
Although I had this initial negative feeling towards the brand, the reviews were too good to ignore!
The Espressoh ABC Concealer
The ABC concealer is one of their bestselling products. It’s meant to provide medium coverage and hide both dark undereye circles and small imperfections and help you look awake, thanks to the caffeine contained in the formula.
Shades
There are two shades: the “Universal shade One” and the “Universal shade Two”. Even though there are only two shades, they claim that the product blends with your skin and matches your skin tone that way. I’ve got the Universal shade One and I’ve been getting along well with it. It’s the perfect shade for me, not too orangey or too dark.
Tip: gently squeeze and take a small amount of product and blend it with a brush, such as the 142 Concealer Buffer brush from Zoeva. I often use the 110 Face shape brush even though it’s not meant to be used to blend your concealer, but the size of it works really well!

Is the Espressoh ABC concealer good?
Yes, if you don’t have crazy dark under-eye circles to deal with. I’ve found the coverage to be medium to light. This is why I often use my beloved Nars Soft Matte concealer on top in the corner of my eyes, which is usually a darker area.
Sometimes I use it on small red spots, however, I think it’s too liquid and light to do a good job. For blemishes, I suggest using a thicker concealer and pressing it on the blemish with your fingers.
Overall I’m really enjoying the ABC concealer! Perfect for those who are looking for a nice, light concealer that provides a natural finish.
Price
It costs 23€ (12 ml).
Where to buy
You can buy Espressoh’s makeup ONLY on the official online shop.
Other products and merch from Espressoh
In addition to the concealer, Espressoh has gained really nice reviews over their mascara, the “Intenso Mascara”, and their blush, “Glassy”. Glassy seems a very cool product: a transparent gel blush that adapts its intensity depending on the complexion. I was about to purchase it but I think that I would look sweaty, considering that I’m not going to give up on my Becca highlighter.
They also have very nice merch, such as this pair of socks with the text “smell before use”.
