Sometimes life is a joke. Just right after I told you about how happy I was to be living in Milan, some things happened and ruined my magical balance.
How I discovered the Gritin Sleep Eye Mask
From that moment on, I’ve begun feeling borderline depressed and anxious and started having trouble sleeping. Not even falling asleep but waking up! I’ve been waking up at 5/6 am for a month now, unable to go back to the world of dreams.
My plan of action has been:

Is it made of silk?
The fabric is made of 76% neoprene, 12% nylon, and 12% spandex but it truly feels like silk. Whilst I was reading all the reviews, all these people convinced me that the Gritin Eye Mask was soft, but I didn’t expect it to be THAT soft.
Why is it so great?
Not only it is extremely soft and delicate, but the strap is a major key selling point for me: thin and adjustable. You can’t feel this mask on, for real!
Also, it’s bigger than most sleep eye masks and it’s black, which means it blocks the sunlight very well.
My little routine consists of putting the Gritin Sleep Eye Mask on while listening to some Sleep Hypnosis videos on YouTube. Trust me: this calms down your soul for a while.
How much does it cost?
I am glad I did not spend 50€ or more euros on a 100% Silk Eye Mask because this one does the same job for only 6.99€! An extra benefit? The Gritin Sleep Eye Mask comes with two earplugs and a travel bag to store it.
