How to style a grown out curtain fringe

how-style-hide-fix-curtain-grown-out-fringe

As soon as I came back from Brussels I fancied a change and I wanted to leave behind my time abroad, so what to do? A fringe! 4 weeks later I’m regretting this decision so bad because now that is grown out to an awkward length it’s hard to style.. but not impossible!! Here’s what I do:

USE A BANDANA

Bandanas are the best solution! They’re cool, they keep away the fringe and there are so many colors and patterns available (Zara is nailing it!). Plus, you can also use your bandana tied up around your neck, as I did in this post, to elevate a simple outfit.

LITTLE FRONT BRAIDS

Sorry if they are not called “front braids”, but I mean two little simple braids secured at the end with two bobby pins. Then I make sure to use a hair spray, such as the L’Oréal Elnett, to make hair stay in place all day.

Sometimes I do a messy bun but it doesn’t look right on me and I love more polished looks. 🙂

Have you ever had a fringe? Have you regretted it?

    • Bandana + specs = ready to go!!! Have a lovely week too 🙂 <3

  • I.

  • I had the same fringe regret four years ago and bandanas were my best friends as well 🙂 Mine definitely grew back faster than I thought it would (if it helps)!

    • Thank you!!!! I was getting used to the fringe but I really can’t be bother to keep it during the summer months. I hope it’s gonna get over this annoying stage very quickly eheh x

  • I feel you about the fringe. I used to have it and had a really love and hate relationship but most of the emotions was hate, as my fringe had it’s own mind! BTW love the little bandana look, looks good on you.
